AirMedCare Network is America’s largest air medical membership network, providing financial protection for emergency air medical transport. Even with medical insurance, air medical transport can result in significant out-of-pocket expenses, however an AMCN membership ensures no out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary flights only if flown by an AMCN provider. AMCN membership covers not just yourself, but anyone who resides within your home for as little as $79 per year. Â

Business Exposure
Become more visible and credible in the business world.
The Chamber offers the service of hosting a ribbon cutting or grand opening for new members. In addition, we will host a ribbon cutting or photo opportunity for existing members celebrating business milestones, such as an anniversary, expansion, etc. A photo and short story will be posted on the Chamber website, on Facebook and printed in the earliest Chamber E-Newsletter following the event. Â

Our bi-monthly electronic newsletter reaches over 600 email recipients. A member may purchase ad/sponsor space, plus your ad may be linked to your website or Facebook page. Space is limited.

The Chamber recently created a new website and now includes advertising space for you to help increase your company’s visibility. Your advertisement can be linked to your website or Facebook page.  Ads are displayed in random rotating order.

A great way to promote your business and increase your business’ visibility is through sponsoring one of our many events. We encourage our members to take advantage of these various sponsorship opportunities.
A Community Guide is printed every other year with various community sections. Place your advertisement in the section which best promotes your business. 500 guides are printed and distributed. In addition, the guide is uploaded for viewing or may be downloaded from the Chamber’s website.

Considered the public relations team of the Chamber, Ambassadors support the Chamber by attending ribbon cuttings, coordinating and hosting Morning Brew, and serving as greeters at numerous events throughout the year.
Chamber Ambassadors receive recognition for themselves and their business through ribbon cutting photographs, the Ambassador page on the Chamber website, and visibility at events they attend on behalf of the Chamber.

Christmas Parade
The Annual Miami Christmas Parade is held the first Saturday of December at 6:00 p.m. on Miami’s Main Street featuring over 85 entries. Promote your business by participating in the parade with a float or bring your family and friends to downtown Miami and enjoy the magic of Christmas.

MEMBER EXCLUSIVE: FREE JOB POSTING SERVICE
We’re excited to offer a free job posting service exclusively for our Chamber members! Promote your open positions and reach a broader audience through our website, email network, and social media channels.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your company’s Member Portal Info Hub at www.miamiokchamber.com (create a login if you haven’t already or if you need assistance, call us at 918-542-4481).
- Once in your Info Hub, navigate to Job Postings in the left-hand navigation and click Add to get started.
- Complete the form, upload relevant information and provide a publish start/end date.
- Once submitted, the Chamber will review and approve your listing.
- Upon approval, you will receive an email stating your job listing is approved and will be posted under the Resources > Job Posting section of our website.
Plus:
- Every Monday, we’ll send an email to all members and subscribers with a link to the newest listings.
- A link to the job board will also be posted on Facebook and shared by our board and members to expand your reach.

Professional Development
Our ongoing opportunities will enhance your business knowledge and broaden your leadership skills.
Miami Chamber has hosted this program of Leadership Excellence for twenty-six years. Participants in this professional development program broaden their leadership skills, will expand their personal and professional networks and learn more about Miami, Ottawa County and the State of Oklahoma than they thought possible!

A WIBC Conference is held annually in September. The first conference was held in 2022 with 147 women from the region in attendance. The goal for the 2023 WIBC Conference is set for 200 plus women who will come together to build business and personal relationships and expand their business skills through a full day of business training.
This event is held six times during the year. Join us for lunch and network with other Chamber members and guests while connecting with community and state leaders. The luncheon will feature speakers from the community and state leadership and will include the Chamber Annual Meeting, State of the Community Address, Update from the State Legislature, Education
Update and Update from the Federal Legislature during 2023.
Develop and expand your business skills in our training programs by industry leader
professionals. Frequent seminars and workshops are hosted throughout the year.

Each year the Chamber hosts the Annual MRCC Awards Gala to recognize award winning businesses and individuals. Eight awards are presented during this elegant evening of networking and recognition of outstanding people, businesses, and organizations from our
community. Held annually in February.
This is an annual event held in the Spring where outstanding employees are recognized by their employers and the business community. Join us for a themed evening of fun, games, food and over $3,000+ in prize giveaways.
This popular morning social event is hosted each month on the fourth Friday from 8 – 9 a.m. at various business locations. Make valuable contacts while promoting your services or products. On average, over 30 people attend each month. The fun morning event is complete with breakfast refreshments, door prizes and an opportunity to meet at least 5 new people each month. We make sure you meet new people!
Strictly a fantastic networking event featuring a CRAB BOIL Dinner and entertainment! This event brings together over 250 companies and individuals for a fun evening while crackin’ crabs. Hosted in August each year.
The Women in Business program mission is to empower and develop women through education, networking, mentoring and partnerships and to promote opportunities for all women throughout Ottawa County. The WIBC luncheons are held every other month on the 2nd Tuesday from 11:30-1:00 p.m. at
