Outgoing Chairman Dennis Thomas hands over the leadership gavel to Jennifer Hessee, newly selected to serve as the chairwoman of the Miami Area Chamber. The responsibility of the chair position is to oversee and guide the decision making process of the board of directors, provide guidance and governce of the administration and ensure that goals are set and achieved during the year.
